 MUSIC VIDEO ::

The June Fiasco worked with Victoria-based independent film company Shoepp Film to complete their debut music video for their first single ‘This Is Your Life’. The production cost of the video was fully sponsored by Houston Sign, Ltd.

The June Fiasco’s music video was put into rotation on MuchMusic television’s MuchLoud channel only two weeks after its completion.

The music video went viral garnering nearly 15,000 views in just its first month on YouTube and has since exceeded 23,000 views since its release in early March.

THIS IS YOUR LIFE (EP) ::

The June Fiasco officially released their debut EP featuring their first single ‘This Is Your Life’. The single has been put into rotation on several commercial and college radio stations in both Canada and the United States.

‘This Is Your Life’ debuted on the Top-20 chart on Tampa Bay, Florida’s Rock 101 Radio station. The song climbed quickly, peaking at #1 and remained on the chart for a total of seven weeks.

The recordings were produced at Infiniti Studios in their hometown of Victoria, BC by producer Adam Sutherland (Armchair Cynics, Acres of Lions, Theset, Black Hat Villain).

91.3 FM THE ZONE – BAND OF THE MONTH ::

The June Fiasco was selected as the Band of the Month for March on Victoria’s Modern Rock radio station 91.3 The Zone (Jim Pattison Broadcast Group). Their first single ‘This Is Your Life’ was put into heavy rotation. This has since prompted many other commercial radio stations to also place the band’s single into their rotation.

WRITING WITH JUNO NOMINEE ::

The June Fiasco have been writing new songs with Juno-nominated songwriter/producer Jeff Johnson (Adelitas Way, Faber Drive, Jet Black Stare) Jeff Johnson was nominated in 2011 for Pop Album of the Year for his work writing and producing ‘Can’t Keep A Secret’ for Canadian pop-punk band Faber Drive. Johnson heard The June Fiasco’s EP and approached the band excited at the chance to work with them.
